Digital Products Return Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at ivy@ivyblackromance.com. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Digital Products:  Contact us at ivy@ivyblackromance.com with your order number and the item(s) you’re looking to exchange it with.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards.
